can you show us how to use the flour, cause i really to make the bread. i always fail and unhappy my baking. i really have problem with flour. is there any flour could be make the bread like outside. strong flour, high gluten flour, etc.... i search youtube, there's a lot of people making a good bread, but didn't mentioned the flour they are using.

It. might have been a little more stiff than usual. It's not a super soft dough but it's also tough to keep everything going when doing video by myself... :)
