I discovered your channel a few days ago and I am HUGE fan! Great content! Like you, I love, love, love RH. I purchased the Deconstructed English Roll Arm Sofa last November. I have been eyeing it for years, and glad I finally got it because it is now discontinued. I also have their Remy side chairs in gun metal, for my dining chairs (also discontinued). I do agree, their products are very high quality, ergo the price tag.

This room is stunning! I agree with you about keeping things minimal. Adding large plants in the corner or putting anything else on the console under the TV would be clutter, IMO. I would rethink adding a tray - I don’t think that’s needed. I’m definitely going to have to go back and watch some of your other videos. Your presentation is spot on!

New sub here and loving your home. The bed is a dream come true, don’t beat yourself over the price if you work hard you deserve to sleep well so enjoy it girl! I especially love the architecture of your bedroom and wonder if that “nook” where your console is would look good painted mate black. I would give it a try. And if you’re like me you’ll want to continue to add beautiful stuff but please resist. I’m a maximalist trying to be a minimalist and it’s really hard. Hi, Xomarah! Thanks so much for saying that. Sometimes you just have to splurge and the high quality of sleep I'm already getting has been worth it. That's such a great idea! I actually painted that nook a matte black when I first moved in and it made the room look so dark and cramped because there is no natural light. I really wanted it to work out! And yes, resisting adding things is so hard, but so worth it! Thank you for watching :)

After watching this, I found Wamsetta on amazon 😍 I find myself watching your videos on my TV, pausing and using my phone & the list you provide and/or my search engines to find the things you talk about. After watching a few of your videos I have to say I find that your aesthetic is the most pleasing to me vs other decoration videos. I’ve been trying to find “my style” and I think I’m eclectically modern traditional with a dash of neutral boho art.

Not me I'm 50. I married at 19. We struggled but one thing I made sure of ...that my home was on point. Times I ate cornflakes for dinner for a month but I got that couch I wanted. Your home is not only a reflection on you and what your priorities are but your heart and where you spend your life, right? I honestly hope you are joking about the futon but in case your not??? Please don't live like that anymore. Change what you can a little at a time. You should only own a futon if you live in Japan.

Sorry, your prints are too high over the bed. They should be “married” to the headboard, about 6 0r 7” above the headboard. I am a designer of 48 years. Trust me.

Julie Jackson Thanks, Julie! I’d actually love some tips on this if you’re willing to give them. My ceilings are like 16 ft tall, so when I don’t hang my art very high it looks so bare, which is why I made this choice in the first place. How do I overcome this? Would love your input 💕

DIY with KB Yes, that’s why I don’t mind them being that height.. I have Cathedral ceilings as well so I have hung mine higher than usual for the same reason. Rule of thumb is that pictures are meant to be eye height but I believe there are some exceptions.

GORGEOUS!!!!! Wow. I'm very impressed. The DIY art gives me hope that maybe I can do it too. All my siblings are super talented artists. Clearly by the time I came along (#7) there was no artistic talent left in our gene pool. And the bed, definitely worth the splurge but you don't need to explain. You wanted it. Period. So good! My fav part was when you said if they are wrong distance I will just deal with it. I have done that so many times. Love the rooms! Love the DIY art! Art lights are amazing! So well done! I wish I could find a crystal from home goods! Dont forget about hobby lobby for mirrors, I got a huge circle mirror for $70. I just found you on KZfaq, love the videos! Thank you!

Really enjoyed your DIY cement tables. Didn't realize there was a RH in my county. Will be visiting. Definitely visiting Ikea tomorrow. Ive been looking for a side table for my patio and Ikea has a Metal Tray table I can definitely use.. Ikea is less expensive than the other stores. I plan on adding cement just in the tray section.. that will give the table some weight during those very windy days.. thanks for the idea. You're teaching this older lady new tricks.
