This restorative movement session is a throwback from a program I ran back in 2020 called active de-stress. I went through this follow along the other day and was pretty impressed with what I put together four years ago. This one has a bit of everything... qi gong, breathing exercises, full body stretches, joint mobility, balance, and more.
