This is a simple and accessible ground movement series that I've been using with my clients for integrated hip, spine and shoulder mobility. This mobility flow is also great for jiu jitsu and mma athletes to build a solid ground movement foundation.
Use the lateral roll series in your morning routine, as a warmup, or stretching routine. It only takes 5 minutes, you can do it at home, at the gym, or even outside at the park.
