I recommend you get a CHE lmap because heating pads are known to burn hedgehogs no matter what you have over them. If you choose to take this recommendation, you need a bulb that does emit light and only heat. a thermostat and thermometer to monitor the temperature.

You could use Igloo covers and I'm sure he'll love the igloo again :3
