I understanding this is great I want to go back to normal I was diagnose with increased type 2 diabetes the doctor gave me prednisone for pain I was in the gym 3 days a week and losing weight first time I went in the office because of inflamation I was given prednisone. then prescribed metformin. that is not good it is worse. I need to know steps on reversing can you do a video on the steps? step one you are diagnose, your body will changing. what supplements can you take while going through this liquid soup, and shakes, 2. exercise. 3. check your levels. Right now I am on nothing but, my potassium, should I have some kind of monitoring machine ? what kind? what about doing a video on berberine can you take that while losing weight and exercising for that year or two it will take to lose weight? please reply soon I am trying to educate my self to have a option. what to do next. Can i stop insulin if my a1c is sometime fall to 3.9, 4.4, sometimes 5.9?

I have been following intermittent fasting and cut off all the carbs and sugar. My fasting glucose levels are around 85 mg/dL, but one day I had a bit of bread for dinner and my fasting levels spiked up to 103 mg/dL. Does that mean I have pre-diabetes? 😔

Hai Doc, thanks for the info..i am early prediabetes, blood sugar is elevated but not taking any medicine because by GP told me that i can still control it..i am now trying to make a lifestyle changes, one step at a time..in terms of exercise, do u think is enough to do brisk walking / jogging everyday?
