@@gns2550 It matters in the sense that a lot of people are thinking Dog will "catch him and bring him in". And that's the point I'm making. Sure, Dog or anyone else can "look" for Brian. But that's not really what I'm taking about. Anyone who sees Brian or finds him (including Dog) should only call the police or FBI and not try to catch him and "bring him in". And from what I've read and heard reported, Dog has said that is what he intends to do. (I would assume Dog knows the law.) It's the rest of the people out there that think he's on a "bounty hunting" mission for Brian that are not aware of what I'm talking about. Going on a "manhunt" to track someone down and arrest or confiscate them without a license is a Class three felony. I'm just giving you the facts about the law. At the most Dog or someone will collect the reward for finding him and then notifying LE.

Dog is allowed to search public property or be given consent to search by the property owner. He could make a citizens arrest, or if he cant and his crew sees Brian they can corner him/follow him until police come in to arrest. A reward has been put out to encourage help from the public because they do need help.
