not a fan of any of these changes tbh. i like that they're bringing back boot upgrades, but why only zerker's? and I really don't like that they're nerfing tenacity, unless they're also planning to nerf CCs to compensate.

I wonder if Zephyr will further increase Kalista's jump range since it's basically tier 3 boots. Blackfire Torch and Overlord's Bloodmail are both Twisted Treeline items, but they've evidently been reworked since we last saw them. Bloodmail basically used to be Death's Dance while Torch used to be a different spin on Deathfire Grasp. Yun Tal Wildarrows also bears resemblance to the Twisted Treeline item, Wicked Hatchet and its later upgrade, Lightbringer.

if riot want to make boots into other item they should do it for all boots not just one

removing slow resist from swiftness boots is wild. The only reason I ever built those boots was for that slow resist. Feel like there's no reason id buy those now.

Insane changes! Overlord's bloodmail was item from twisted threeline from back in the day if anyone remembers

The only change I did not like was the swifties rework, I liked building that item against teams with a lot of slows now the only option for slow resistance is Dead Man's that shitty rune shard and I guess Zephyr that if I recall correctly that's gonna cost A LOT so it won't really matter

For the units distance you can shortcut the math by using a champion's standard MS (325-355) as the distance you move in one second. The map is also 20K units from fountain to fountain. So you it is roughly 10K to go to lane, so 15 trips to lane or it is 15 / 0.3 = 500 / 60 = 7.33 on the low end minutes to fully finish. This could be finished in potentially 5 minutes especially with relentless hunter. Empowered Recall however is baron recall, so these boots will give you a half channel time on recall

No more getting ran down by yone lvl 1 ( a champ that is supposed to scale). Thank you riot, your first good change in years

old draven passive used to bleed enemies on critical strikes then they made it into an item in twisted tree line and noww we are going to have "Yun Tal Wildarrows."

I don’t think people realize that grasp + hearsteel + warlord’s bloodmail is going to be absolutely stupid. Based on the design I think that the yun tal wildarrows will be built on champs that don’t do attacks very quickly unless the “bleed” can stack. So champs like jhin or samira that build a lot of raw ad and items like collector could find use our of it. Again that depends on if the bleed stacks or not though. Between swifties being removed (basically) and the new ap item brand is looking to go ballistic. You press ult and get 20% ability power, slows on everyone but the adc that built bezerker’s, and do general brand things anyways.

So basicly Yone can go Fleet footwork, build 2x damage items with 25% crit that gets scaled up way too much now that results in bonus ad for Yone, and then go full tank, he will have 100% crit, he will have prob above 270AD, and will most likely be almost unkillable

It looks like the flickerblades dont increase ability damage like the quickblades do which is a bit of a feels bad man moment

Adc hit the hardest with mythic removal. So you removed lethal tempo which made; Ashe, Vayne, Nila, Tristana, kalista, kog, and a handful of others feel some what ok to play. Lol

I can see why Absorb life was introduced in game For range top laners are too Op and too dominating at game when PROPERLY played So they just say: "We kinda fuked over top lane too much by D shield and second wind nerfs so here is compensation" ... There would have been easier solution but ok riot

Finally some good changes. Little bit in doubt with the upgrade from berserker to zephyr (wish all boots could do something similar), black torch may be to easy to proc om some champ, legend haste could use a bit more AH, cut down change feels weak compared to the other runes, plated feels gutted, overlord's bloodmail might be OP on aatrox, warwick, briar like champs and absorb life feels like it's not needed when we have triumph or the other way around.

I like the Zephyr-change, because it's a nice homage to the old item Zephyr, which was bought in the early days of LoL, when you were full build as ADC and wanted to replace your Berserker Greaves for some extra stats.

I wish all boots would grant an upgraded item. They never feel good in the super late game.

Lethal Tempo being made from a short-trade attack speed increase to a perma-fight attack speed increase WITH RANGE INCREASE was a mistake. It deserves to be deleted.

Honestly I wish they just reworked the Predator Rune. It was fun for Jng champs who value Speed like Warwick and Hecarim. Frankly speaking idc if people find the Rune idea toxic when Conquerer, Hail of Blades, and Dark Harvest exist. If it gave free boots instantly maybe it would have been better.

I feel like jack of all trades will be used mainly on supports, they have access to 2 (3? does gold gain count) free stat.

The only reason to ever play Domination was because of Ingenious Hunter and Ravenous Hunter - and they removed both xD Yeah I don't like this at all, since it ruins many fun builds.

So lethal shortcuts attack speed purchases because it gives you attack speed, but conqueror giving you the same ad / ap as a full item is not being a shortcut either? Cool rito.

Luckily for me lethal tempo is only my 2nd must go runes for most of my attack damage champs Usually Adc: either hailing fleet conqueror or dark harvest only exception is jhin (undying) and smolder (arcane comet)) Ad crit: I'm back with undying again (since this is my go to rune with yas and tyrnda from a season ago Ad bruiser who scale on attack speed (trundle noc etc) I wil now revert back to undying trundle and hail blades or fleet for noc

Almost all of it is awesome. Maybe the sustain part will be too crazy and maybe overall tank jgl gets very strong now with the tenacity nerfs but cool changes incoming 🎉

this is one of the biggest buffs to adc in such a long time its gonna go crazy

also font of life was great with slows, being good on ashe, soraka, maokai e harass and various other champs that poked semi often to keep their teammates healthy a bit, what they should've done is changed it how it is on wild rift and have it be a bit less healing and have all damage apply the mark, predator being removed blows but i only ever used it for troll fun aram builds like predator nunu, annie, singed, and so on, zoomin to victory was beyond fun and it sucks that i'll have to play nunu in a non fun explosive way anymore and having to take flash on annie again will also suck but i'll live, also used the rune on malphite which was tons of fun seeing people shit themselves when the icon and sound was made, lethal tempo should've just been removed for melees since thats where it was problematic and be ranged only with them making conqueror melee only in exchange, removing it made no sense since it was a godsend on most adcs

For my fellow tryndamere mains, lemme cook Obviously the new crit items will be good, likely with pta/fleet depending on match up and paired with kraken/pd, the build will likely remain mostly the same (although maybe with the AS on navori, the essence reaver rush could come back) But I think we are going to see the dawn of something even more disgusting. Tankdamere Grasp>Demolish>Second Wind>Revitalize Absorb Health>last stand A core build of overlords blood mail, expiremental hexplate and spear of shojin (not sure what order) Other items may prove useful in conjuction with o.b.m as well such as titanic or maybe even heartsteel The reason this build would be viable at all is solely because of tryndameres q passive, giving him increased damage based on how low his hp is. This is almost identical to o.b.m's passive, and I believe they can have an exponential effect on each other Obviously we have no way of knowing how the interaction will work, but with tryndamere already receiving 30% increased AD below 30 percent, combined with last stand and o.b.m, the ad buff will be undeniably strong. With experimental hexplate for ult cd and power, trynd will literally never die. Enemies can't not attack you or you'll auto them down. But they can't attack you or they're literally buffing you How can play for the enemy? Of course there is a slight issue with this logic - if tryndamere is tanky and building hp - how will he ever reach below 30% anyway? This is a completely valid criticism But - if you can kill your opponent before you can get the additional ad, is that really such a bad thing? Also, lack of built crit is a serious issue. Maybe throwing in PD or the Yun tal wildarrows into the build would make a lot of sense. Although, 40% crit on tankdamere isn't as bad as on squishy trynd when you consider you'll be able to get more autos off since you'll be in much longer skirmishes Would love to start an open discussion about this build with anyone willing to talk
