Vietnamese ice coffee is my favorite. I like it strong. Yes, if you add a bit of salt to something sweet, it brings out the flavor.

Thanks for demonstrating how to make single cups of various Vietnamese coffees. Given the video title -- and the time it takes to make Vietnamese coffee using a phin -- I would think any café would prefer making large quantities using a 1 liter or 1.5 liter Vietnamese coffee pot. I went to a café serving large quantities and that's what they used. Have you tried 'Cà phê vợt' in your travels?
