One of the things I love about the "fake" top in Who Dat B is that she's been extremely open over the years about the plastic surgery she's had! And the way she talks about it is just really refreshing. Like no shame, but also no glamorizing, just honesty--often playful and cheeky honesty like with that top, but that's her in a nutshell! like "yeah, this is my body too! it's part of me and I love me!" you know?? Idk, it's hard to describe it.

Who Dat B to me is not only my favorite Jessi song but it’s my favorite female soloist song. Her confidence is so inspiring and i love how she just owns all of herself and it makes you want to own yours too! Queen Jessi!

You should check out the MV for Don't Touch Me by Refund Sisters. It's a supergroup with Jessi and Hwasa, who you're familiar with now, and also Lee Hyori and Uhm Junghwa, two other female idols that were in the industry even before Hwasa or Jessi.

Numb was one of my fave of all her songs cause you can clearly hear her beautiful vocals. You can try checking out her song "Star" , she wrote it telling about her journey as she follow her dreams and the hardships she encountered. I love the message so much.

Ahhh yay my fave songs!! Thanks for the reaction! Some more faves - Excessive Love (beautiful vocals and instrumental), Arrived and Star. She has some really good featuring songs too. I really love the song Down but tbh I had no idea there was an MV (I just listen to it on Spotify) so that was my first time watching it and same reaction as you haha. She is GORGEOUS and so dang powerful.

many people might not know about this. But the people who are OG, Jesse fans, including myself, knows that she used to be in a small group with two boys. They were called Lucky J. under YMC Entertainment. The group consists of J’Kyun, Jessi, and J-Yo. Lucky J officially debuted on July 17, 2014. In August 2016, Jessi announced that Lucky J disbanded. honestly I listen to at least two other songs, and I think they're really good and they kinda highlight a little bit of jessi's vocals. the two songs I would recommend you to listen to would be "No Love" and "Can you hear me?" Also, she has two other songs that showcase her vocals that's just all her. "Don't make me cry" and "want to be me"(want to be me doesn't exactly have a music video but it has audio) now these two songs are very good, and I love them both. even the two at the top that I suggested is phenomenal❤❤❤

Man, Jessi has been through some mess recently. I don't know what is part of Jay's (More) Vision for her, but I lk want her to have a Beyonce/Lemonade moment. Grown ass woman who has been through some things, singing/rapping abt overcoming turmoil, distrust and rises up again has a effing party celebrating herself. I think she has the capacity...don't know if the industry is in a place for her to have a full album with that arc.
