i think its a bad system if a team has to throw for any chance to win and way too harsh of a punishment banning them for practically 2 seasons, looks bad on psyonix imo. Its really hard to throw convincingly when youre playing a team so much worse than you too lmao. its like an MLB team going up against a little league team and trying to make that loss look legit. id sue too because the burden of proof falls on psyonix at that point to fully prove a throw. A couple team bumps, whiffs, and bad rotations would be real hard to use in front of an old judge that barely understands his own phone.
