Is there any reason to choose these over ADAT for home studio purposes?

Hello Derek , I'm new to dante and hoping for a reply. So I want to get the rme digiface dante and the new ferrofish a32 pro with possibly another interface feeding Adat to the A32 pro for studio work . How efficient and seamless is this setup . I noticed at 35:00 you had both Totalmix and the audionate software up at the same . When starting up the studio everyday will you need to also startup the Audionate software everyday or will the Digiface automatically see the Ferrofish as the day before? How does your Daw see the Digiface Dante? As in ASIO. Also is there a newer version of the RME Dante coming out soon? Thanks in advance
