Season 17 : BREAKING NEWS!
Episode 05 : Kenneth Noye
Road rage is becoming more common these days. You hear the stories in the news in places like Los Angeles and Miami, but one of the earliest stories of Road Rage in the media was in 1996, near London, England.

Idk if you remember but I am the one who left the comment about too much animal abuse description.. and you sooo kindly not only replied to me but you legit made a change in your next video. I just wanted to tell you and everyone else how freakin awesome you are. You might very well be the Rockstar of KZfaq. You are the real real 💯 Thank you for being a stand up guy in a world of hateful people. 🤘🙌👊🐈‍⬛🐕 With all you do, you may even get why I prefer animals over humans.😒 Thanks, Jiles ☺️

What sucks when it comes to road rage..is the person your mad at probably doesnt even realize they did something wrong. Its blind rage that has no where to go, which is why its so engaging. But you never know the type of person whos in that other car..best to keep driving.

You are right Jiles. We live in a society of people that have difficulty controlling their emotions. As you know being from America, we have a lot of problems with this issue. Some people cannot let things go. I read an article yesterday of a woman who stabbed to death a three year old and then wounded the three year old’s mother in a grocery store parking lot. No known motive. The woman just did it. She was arrested and charged by the police. I think mental health probably plays a significant role in all of this. The US doesn’t put a high priority on it, even in the penal system once a person is incarcerated. Great video. I look forward to the next one!

This is one of the most dangerous criminals in the UK. He did not have any regard for human life, and as you can see by his wealth, he did not work for any of the properties that he owns. Brenda stuck by him all that time, even while he was in Spain, seeing other women. He was arrested in a restaurant, on a date with a woman. Danielle is still in witness protection, she had to give up everything to take on this secret life, without being able to contact her parents, siblings, friends, etc. I know that the detective that kept an eye on her, said she was extremely lonely. She was so brave - travelling to Spain to identify him, then standing up in court and being a witness for the prosecution. She lost so much.

I know that in the US, our criminal punishments fall far down the end of the spectrum of being so draconian, inhumane, excessive, etc. But I simply cannot fathom how, in the UK and parts of Europe, serving 16 years is equivalent to completing a life sentence? For a two-time murderer? Totally beyond me.

They don't even do that much time. Uk v USA sentences are totally different. In the 🇬🇧 a life sentence is just numbers. We never have folk in prison for the years they are sentenced to. And folk like this crack on and just get worse. And uglier! 😂

It is a minimum sentence to the ammount he will serve, He is not eligible to apply for parole until then. Just because someone is up for parole doesn't mean they will get it, as he said he served 20 years hopefully he is too old to harm anyone again. No country needs to follow the US model of for profit prisons and draconian sentencing. There are over 50,000 prisoners in Americawith serving life sentences without parole, it isn't sustainable.

Don’t worry I live in Australia, and in some places like Melbourne is also one of the worse, good lord you can hear them screaming, threatening to the extreme. Even to a chase. All over a person didn’t see a driver pull out accidental, try to reverse back to allow the other one to get by but couldn’t. Police were luckily close before it could get out of hand. People need to learn patience, it wasn’t intentional it was a mistake. Bloody sad people have come to this.

Ive taken a break from true crime bc ive been reading, watching, studying in school about murders for over 20 years. Ive stopped watching and listening to true crime YT videos and podcasts. Except for yours. You do cases that most ppl havent heard of, your sympathy for the victim's and their families just spills out in your voice, not to mention all the support youve given to women victims. You leave numbers for ppl to call if they need help, you can tell you genuinely care. Ive been a long time listener and am so happy you show yourself now, as opposed to earlier videos. Its a comfort hearing you, its a comfort seeing you! Dont change!!!

Wow a case I can relate to. February 2018 I was involved in a self defense shooting against a 60 year old Monster (Bruce Wayne Jones) that attacked me in traffic, riding my motorbike home whilst his wife was in the passenger seat. The man beat me, choked me out and tried ending my life all over me leaving space between myself and the car in front of me. I had a firearm and shot the man while he was on top of me, he died at the scene a few minutes later. I will never forget that day and share my story in hopes people will not make choices out of anger because you can lose your life over it.. If you’re interested in hearing more about my story my name is Aubrey Tayler Bowlin and I have an interview on here on KZfaq with Squidtips. Feel free to ask any questions 💜

I remember all the publicity this case got here in the UK, and I believe the coverage it received was instrumental in another case local to me that happened later that same year, 1996, the murder of Lee Harvey, aged 25, in Alvechurch, Worcestershire, who was stabbed to death by his devious fiancée Tracie Andrews. The Kenneth Noye road rage murder happened in May, and Tracie murdered Lee in December. She falsely claimed he was stabbed after coming to blows with another motorist in a road rage incident, when in reality his murder was the end result of her escalating violence towards Lee that had plagued their entire relationship. She stabbed Lee over 30 times in a frenzied attack after a night out in a Bromsgrove pub. I’d love to see that case covered on this channel.

I used to drive a retired Crown Vic from a police auction. Whoever was responsible for removing the lights and markings left a silver metal decal with '(city name) SPEED ENFORCEMENT' where the make (Crown Victoria in cursive) had originally been. Apparently, that precinct got so many complaints about a "young plainsclothes female officer" flipping them off that I woke up at 2 a.m. to two cops busting the decal off the back of my car.

This MF’er stabbed a police and only served 8 years for a 16 year sentence? How is that justice for the family that was left behind? I know I shouldn’t complain about the judicial system in other countries as the US has the propensity to lock people up for DECADES after the first offense. But this monster had the means and the connections to freely flee after the brutal murder of Stephen whose life was just starting. Plus since this monster so easily killed a police officer with ZERO regard for the gift of a precious life. I hope that karma comes for Kenneth soon as he certainly deserves her rather in this lifetime. Also, I must apologize but I feel it was necessary for you to include Houston as I can attest as a former Houston native that having a gun pulled on you is not an isolated experience as it became a regular occurrence starting on the ‘90’s which is why I left Houston in 2001. This is something I have only ever seen men do. I used to commute back and forth from Sonoma to San Jose for school, 2 hours up and 2 hours back. This went on for a year. I must have clocked at least 25,000 miles that year. And in that time, I never experienced a single female driver act like that. Not once. What I DID experience however, was being nearly run off the road twice, had projectiles thrown at my car, had my rear bumper pushed from behind, been cut off and brake checked multiple times, chased, followed off the freeway (in one instance all the way to my neighborhood until I pulled into the local police station and he finally sped away), _had a gun pointed at me,_ and had at least a dozen occasions of dudes rolling down the window and gesturing to get off the freeway with the whole "let's go, you wanna fight, c'mon pull over" type posturing. Always by men. Always as a massive overreaction to something minor. Typically it was from me casually passing them on the right, like you're supposed to do. That's it. I didn't cut them off, I didn't drive aggressively, I just passed them normally, using my blinker and everything. For some reason that made a lot of men very, very angry that I was overtaking them on the freeway. It's like they couldn't tolerate letting a woman "win" by being ahead of them. Except for one instance. The guy who threw stuff at me went off because I honked my horn at him. He had accelerated into a wall of traffic that was about 100 feet ahead and veered into my lane at the last second, nearly causing an accident. So I used my horn. For that, he followed me for 20 miles, trying to make me crash. Throwing stuff at my car, brake checking, bumper pushing, and encroaching into my lane while I was boxed in by other cars trying to make me careen into the divider. Only time I've ever had to call the cops while driving. I transferred so I don't make that commute anymore, but I refuse to drive anywhere without a dash cam, even if I'm not going on the freeway.

I saw a doco on this years ago… the story just gets more and more sad Nobody who was a victim really got any semblance of justice at the end of this…

Social Media and Reality TV are a huge part of the problem. We are entertained by watching people treat each other horribly! SMH

10:10 he thought he was untouchable after he got away with that murder. Not surprising he did it again for an even less of a reason such as road rage. It definitely is scary how road rage incidents occur alot more now.
