When Aaron Pajich went missing, authorities new it was serious due to him suffering from autism. They never imagined that he would be murder simply because it was on someone's bucket list.

Cases like this one really piss me off… if you are so demented in the head that you commit a murder and get caught- WHY WOULD YOU ACT LIKE YOUR INNOCENT AND HAVE NO CLUE WHY YOU ARE BEING ARRESTED FOR MURDER? If you are bold enough to kill someone then BE BOLD ENOUGH TO ADMIT WHAT YOU DID
@praytogodus

I completely understand your frustration. It's incredibly upsetting when someone commits such a serious crime and then refuses to take responsibility for their actions. The act of denying guilt, especially in clear-cut cases, can feel like a further injustice to the victims and their families. It adds to the pain and confusion, making the process of seeking justice even more challenging.

When I was 6, we lived on Elm St. I never thought anything about it until the Freddie movies came out. When my son (38yo) loved Freddie Kruger movies. My sister found him a really life like mask that you put over your head and the glove with the nails. He was Freddie for 3 Halloweens in a row. He was also 6, and nothing about those movies ever scared him. His dad, who I wasn't with any more introduced him to them thinking they would scare him but the opposite happened but he definitely didn't grow up to be a messed up killer just a little boy that understood it was just a movie. Freddie and Batman was his favorite movies. This cow was just bent from the beginning. Even if Nightmare on Elm St. wasn't a movie she would have still been off her freakin mental rocker.

It's fascinating how childhood experiences and the media we're exposed to can shape our interests in such unique ways, isn't it? I agree with you-it's all about understanding the difference between fiction and reality. Your son embracing Freddie Kruger as a Halloween costume, not once but three times, and still growing up with a healthy perspective on it all, is a testament to that. It really shows how individual reactions to the same content can vary. And the reference to Elm St. adds an amusing, personal twist to your family's connection with the movies.

As someone who was diagnosed with Asperger’s and now identifies as just having Autism Spectrum Disorder, this one was really hard to listen to. This poor kid had an amazing life ahead of him and he was so friendly and intelligent but he was preyed on because of his disability by human filth and was snuffed out far too soon. Also horrifically disgusting that these women killed him just for fun. Really appreciate you covering this case though.

umm hey Jiles, LOVE your work - not a huge issue but.. umm.. that flag is NOT Australian. close, very close - but... nope, sorry mate - both flags do feature the 'union jack' on the top left & the Southern Cross* on the right-hand side. BUT the Australian flag has WHITE stars, and two extra stars - a small one near the cross and a big one under the Union Jack. Meanwhile, Aotearoa/New Zealand's flag has just four stars and they are red with a white outline. don't feel too bad about it - I was in aussie bout 10 years ago (Gwinganna, Queensland) - and one of the nights we had a 'pub quiz' - 6 to 8 tables (?) tables (maybe more, absolutely no less) - 12 people at each table, me and a few other kiwis at one table - all the rest aussies, and WE kiwis were the only ones to get the *Australian* flag right (both overdue for a rehaul in my personal opinion, esp now the QEII is no more) ❤ & 👋to my 'cuzzies' across the ditch - sorry you lost one of your own to this monster. 🐾🦊🐾 "Crux is a constellation of the southern sky that is centred on four bright stars in a cross-shaped asterism commonly known as the Southern Cross"

Another great - disturbing - episode! I also just wanted to note that the Aspergers diagnosis was retired around 2019 and now these disorders fall simply under the umbrella of "autism spectrum disorder." I understand mentioning exactly what he was diagnosed with, which makes total sense, I just wanted to put that info out there! I know you had mentioned symptoms of Aspergers and just wanted to throw that out there. Again, no hate, and I love your content! :)
