One thing that has helped me recently, related to being set up to play faster strokes: I’ve recently noticed the position of my knees makes a big difference. Sometimes there is inward motion in my left knee. When I consciously push my left knee outward I become more stable and the technique became easier. Thanks again for the content Marthyn and team!

Marthyn you're such an inspiration! Im trying to join you. I got ankle up to about 200, but i can heel toe as well, trying to follow you to 300 with heel toe!

Love these videos, I’m right up to 185 with ankle. Been struggling to get past this stage it is pretty hard for me. I use triggers and start playing sloppy usually right at 8 bars

Love it! Always enjoy beating myself up one day telling myself "i suck why am i even playing?" Then a day or so after the muscle memory kicks in and all is well..

These videos made me going back to study drums! This time I’ll will succeed!
