Just a little over 8 weeks out and feeling pretty good. I changed routines from a PPL DC 4x per week split to Fortitude Tier III. I made this switch after I ended up in the hospital from pushing too hard during contest prep last year. I made the decision to make the switch again this year when i started feeling similar to how I felt leading up to my hospitalization. Those extended rest pause sets are too taxing for me this deep in prep. Muscle rounds are intense, but do not hit the CNS as hard.
Still holding a bunch of water for some reason. I think it is cortisol. Maybe my stress levels are too high. It might be time to purge some clients that are not giving 100%, so I can focus on those who do and my own prep. I don't have time and energy right now for those who do not want to put in the effort.
