The man never get his due credit. The effort he puts , the resume he has and the man he is. Adding to that the effort he puts in his video editing , the quality is top notch. I love watching this training-the dedication, the drive, the progression. I am a 46 year old retired cop that started training in 97. Really started mma training 2002, and now I am father of a 13 year old boy that I am easing into the sport for self defense, sport, and the fun of it. I have him watch these videos to see why I am having him do the stuff that he does in the gym-then, when the fight happens, he can see how the progress of the training to the fight

One of them fights rather not see either lose 😢 Id say the Grappling and Strength and Power is all Justin. Holloway is maybe a little faster and higher pace . Two good strikers , i can see Justin getting a takedown to full mount arm triangle if Max gets the better of him standing.
