hard work and dedication. 3 million subs is nothing to sneeze at. her videos look so polished now but it kind of takes away the humbleness of a home grown down to earth thing.

Use a spoon to scrape and remove the burnt skins, then scrape out the seed. Much faster if you're doing a lot of peppers.

Looks Delicious ! My go to was to roast the peppers under the broiler, almost the same ingredients that I use except I add the Red Pepper Flakes,Calmata Olives and Anchovies. You hit a home run with this !!! All that is needed now is a crusty loaf of Italian bread and a jug of Carlo Rossi Paisano !!!

We don't have a flame cooker, but the conventional hob type rings. I take it the peppers should not be put on that type of ring ?

haha sorry, forgot to mention that English isn't my native language ;) (it's Dutch, in case you were interested) I should've known water though, because it's the same word in Dutch ;) I know it uses natural gas, the hydrogen sulphide changes to SO2 and H2O, about the SO2: it is poisening. BUT I would rather say that it's actually a quite common gas amongst us, from burning every type of oil/gas from the earth. and, i doubt that it would react with the peppers in that way that you're eating SO2

and also, you will remove the outer burned skin before eating, which for sure isn't healthy :) so yeah, I'm not a chemist, but in my opinion there isn't that much to worry about. If you still prefer not to do it like this, try it when you throw a bondfire or something :) should do the job as well

well... as you might know, the gas is burned, the only thing left is CO2 and H2O (don't know the English words for them) so, no reason to be worried!
