The 3 men worked together on Laramie and WAgon Train and had many stories to relate about their times together. Bruce Dern tells of an experience he had with Jack Lord while filming Stoney Burke.

Wish it was long enough for Bruce to talk about his time doing Stoney Burke and his thoughts on producer Leslie Stevens, who I've always thought was enormously talented. I know Bruce would be bound to talk about his troubles with Jack Lord, which made doing the show a real chore. Sad because, like Outer Limits, which Leslie produced the following year, Stoney Burke was a unique and wonderful show.

Jack Lord and Robert Fuller did a Wagon Train episode together in 1964-1965. It was the 8th season. Bob Fuller had been the star of Wagon Train since the Fall of 1963. Stoney Burke was a short-lived series that ran for 12 episodes in 1962-1963. I believe Bruce Dern played a reoccuring role on the series.

Sucks that this video is cut short. I wish I could have been at a talk like this. Fascinating people who saw real Hwood history.

I apologize for the noise but I have no control over the background noises. I can hear everything they’re saying in spite of it. Hope you can find a way to manipulate the sound on your device so that you can hear it better. The stories are awesome.
