Pastor you are on point. When a woman tells a man she's not interested in him, instead of him moving on he decides that it's his job to destroy her. I've had this man run me down, threaten me, harass me, and act like a little boy. I have a right to say NO, and I'm not going to change my mind. This message should be posted on every media site in the world. Thank you Pastor.

Once I moved out of poverty, I noticed a huge difference in relationships between men and women. While there's some misogyny everywhere, men in this environment are more focused on working with or for women instead of against them. Men also seem more capable of handling things without falling apart. The women are still strong but more feminine in this environment. I can honestly say since I received EFFECTIVE COUNSELING, stopped getting on social media and going into spaces with angry grown boys, stopped listening to offensive rap music and carry myself in a respectful way...I experience more peace in my life. I thank you for your wonderful work Pastor and continue to pray especially for the black community as a whole.🙏

I'm 63 and been celibate for 10 years. I refuse to allow just anybody into my life because I live alone and have to be careful. I'm so glad to be post menopausal because I don't think under the influence of hormones. A good nurse co-worker told me back in 2005 that when hormones decrease, discernment fills in. It's so true, and I'm fine being alone. A companion would be nice but I'm not looking as I'm just fine being alone.

Wow. I appreciate this message. I'll be 32 next month and all my life I've been around disrespectful men. The only one who wasn't was my step dad. Even every mate I've had disrespected me. I've just recently came across a man who doesn't give me an ounce of disrespect, ignorance or impatience. He the most calm patient and respectful man I've ever met. It's funny because it didn't happen until I started loving myself and putting myself on a pedestal. As in actually having confidence in myself. Considering myself to be valuable. I left the most difficult relationship of 7 years. I had to let go. And love me. Then I met someone who finally showed me what it's like to be treated as I should.

Men have disrespected me not because of how I dress or talk, but by not stopping them when they have said mean things to me. I learned my lesson and showed the last man who was gaslighting me and saying mean things to me the door. I told him "you're mean and I don't want you in my house any more I want you gone". (I was helping him recover in my home from colon cancer surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. He was from out of town, didn't have family, had a dog needing care, and lived on the second floor apartment. I was dating him at the time of his diagnosis and felt bad for him. I took a leave of absence to help him recover.) Even in his vulnerability he showed his mean, ugly, ungrateful self. I hardened my heart to remove him from my life. It was hard because I felt so bad for him but he was this dark presence in my home.

When someone shows you who they are. Believe them. Until people are aware of the toxicity they bring to the table and seeking to correct it. Thus, by getting self help I.e counseling and going to God.. they are showing they’re not willing or seeking to change. So just have personal awareness. I’ve disrespected my partner and he’s disrespected me. I’m choosing to leave to become better so that I can attract better. All while he attempted to normalize our disrespect. I’m 25 and I wouldn’t be ok with my children experiencing what he’s trying to normalize. He was bold enough to disrespected me in front of his child. I almost fell back into accepting him, but I realized that if it makes me unhappy. It’s not worth my time. Have awareness and remember you’re valued.. and deserving of better, but it starts with you! There’s a lesson in everything.

@@bmizzle1074 Remarriage after divorce if a previous spouse is still living is adultery according to the Bible. You cannot remain a Christian in that adulterous state. ==> He [Jesus] answered, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her. So then, if she marries another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress (Romans 7:2-3). ==> A woman is bound to her husband as long as he lives. Trent Shelton says (and I agree) to stop breaking your own heart by trying to make a relationship work that clearly isn't meant to work. You can't force someone to care about you. You can't force someone to be loyal. You can't force someone to be the person you need them to be. Sometimes the person you want most is the person your best without. You got to understand some things are meant to happen, but just not meant to be. Some things are meant to come in your life, just not meant to stay. Don't lose yourself by trying to fix what's meant to stay broken. You can't get the relationship you need from someone who's not ready to give it to you. And you might not understand why now, but I promise you your future will always bring understanding of Why things didn't work out. Don't put your happiness on hold for someone who isn't holding on to you. Some chapters just have to close without closure.

As a Christian, I've learned to get my sense of validation as a woman of high moral character from God because He loves me without condition. I have not been in a long-term relationship in 7 years because I've setup healthy boundaries in my life. Thus far, my healthy boundaries have helped me to avoid getting connected to a person in an "unequally yoked" relationship. However, people keep telling me that I'm going to miss "the 1" for me due to my high moral standards for myself and others. The joke is on them because they don't realize that "the 1" who's a good fit for me in a long-term intimate relationship will appreciate me for having a high level of self- respect and high standards in my life! 🙌🏽

This video is such a blessing! Last week, I have just blocked and cut ties with someone who seemed to have a lot going for him except for the some of the misogynistic behavior I experienced that just creeped up on me including the way he was speaking to me and about other women. It came to a head Sunday before last and realized that if I stick around it will only get worse. I understand that he's been hurt, dealing with PTSD, childhood wounds, etc. Though I want to support him, I have to continue praying for him and his healing from a distance while I myself work on my healing. Yes, I am sad that things did not work out differently. I have to know that I did the right thing and keep it moving. May God continue to bless Pastor RC and Lady Lisa Blakes for their continual outpouring of the Word into our lives!
