I love the fact that the hot exhaust is forced under that large hot plate before finding its way out. I'm going to try to weld something like that with my powerarc.

hey how about the efficiency since the flame didnt hit the pot directly that must be the pot didn't get heat enough from the flame

I guess its not portable. Chimney is as tall as a skyscraper. No cooking demo. Must have been built by military for military.
