I stumbled on this oddly named bar while looking for a Bandbell bar. At half the price of most Bandbell bars I was convinced it was too good to be true, but like I always do I rolled the dice, and I think I actually won one.

It's so much easier with kettlebells or grip plates, but it can be a real pain.

Funny I’ve been looking at a DIY one but didn’t feel confident in going over 50lbs in weights per side and didn’t wanna spend 300+ for the real thing. Searched knock off and the rocko bar came up on amazon. Bought it and then found your video. Glad it seems to be good quality. Excited to try it next week when it gets here. Good stuff bro.

I tried the same thing with some schedule 80 PVC stacked inside other schedule 80 PVC and it just scared me too much.

Could olympic plates be loaded directly on the bar or are the end caps too wide? Thanks

No, the weights would fall off when the bar bends. Also, adding weights directly on the bar defeats the purpose. If you want to do that, use a regular Olympic bar. And hang weights on the sleeves with bands. It would be a similar effect.
