@@Squash101 no. "Shut up and dribble" isn't violently protesting speakers at universities. It's not cracking people's heads for having an opinion or wearing a red hat and it certainly isn't allowing the right to tear down cities when you're suppressing other people's rights based on political affilation. You think that's like posting "Shut up and dribble" on social media? I think some simple education could straighten you people out.

Same here. I'm not american and I find it very amusing how two news power houses sway opinions the way they want. And it's very funny the way this people think, they can't report simple cases the way it has happened without painting it the way they want it to be seen. I'm like report it the way it happened. No offense to Americans but I see them being played very easily and it's scary that a 'great country' like America with it's so called 'democracy' can't even agree on simple matters like saving it's citizens. For a 'Great country' like America it's just amusing.

Probably the most disturbing example I've seen was the Philip Brailsford case, happened a few years ago. Bodycam showed how the cop set up almost a "Simon says" game where if the guy made the wrong move he got shot. Made him crawl along the floor while keeping his legs crossed, guy was crying, saying "yes sir", "please don't shoot me". Ended up shooting him anyway. Went to court, got cleared of murder, didn't even get manslaughter. He got fired but probably got a decent severage package from the police department.

I’m all for better training, better monitoring of complaints and investigation of ALL complaints, and I think there should be incentives for black people to join, and make their mark in their communities too. Props to Joe for actually asking "how does this relate to the news?" to get an answer out of Bill when he gives one of his very surprising similes. Most interviewers just go "wow that's crazy, hahah!" and then Bill either explains himself or ends up looking like a lunatic. He's got his points, he just needs to get them out, and obviously that takes a bit to explain.

This episode clearly was BEFORE the bodycam footage was released because I too was 100% on board for charging him with murder. I watched the entire bodycam footage and it changed my mind. The I can't breathe line was said numerous times even when he just got put in the back of the car.
@bellagatto9670 Жыл бұрын
he couldn't breathe because he was dying of pulmonary edema, caused by eating his dealer's stash when the police showed up. His lungs were filling up with fluid, standing, sitting, or lying down. Of course, that isn't as sensational, doesn't follow "the narrative", and might disrupt the lynching in progress.

Our two political parties are owned and operated by the corporations, billionaires, and globalists, who pay massive legalized bribery, calling it campaign finance, and campaign contributions, and have all policy decisions overwhelmingly benefitting them. Why does our media not cover this corrosive dysfunction? Because our media, ALL of it, LEFT AND RIGHT, is owned and operated by the same corporations, billionaires, and globalists. I agree with them on the protest movement, but Joe, READ SOME DETAILS, because, "defund the police," does not at all mean getting rid of police. It means no longer using funds to buy police tanks and tactical overkill, and redirect these funds into better education, better training for police officers, and providing opportunities, for education, for employment and job training, and especially access to mental health professionals, so when there is a mental health crisis and somebody is in desperate need of help they don't have police officers showing up, who are not mental health professionals, are not trained to be mental health professionals, every officer I've spoken to or ever heard speak on the subject, they do not want to be put in the responsibility of handling all of the mental health emergencies that they are currently having to deal with, and they are equipped with inadequate training and a gun and a club and a taser and an attitude of "this guy or this girl might just go off and I'm going to have to react in a split-second and inflict real f****** damage," or it's a sociopath or a psychopath showing up saying, "he's black, good, I hope this f****** a****** tries something cuz I'm going to blow his f****** head off!" And when the person runs away, they just shoot him in the back to make sure they get there dick pumping act of violence. Defund the police does not mean getting rid of the police, and the people saying that most of them know that's not what it means, they just wanted to spread lies this information fear. What it means is we don't spend so much on the Tactical side of our police forces, we stop funding the militarization of our police forces and we spend more in training the police to handle situations better, we spend more on screening police officers to find the nut job to find bigots and the racist, because while they are free I have those beliefs oh, they are free to believe what they want in America, we as American citizens can stand up and say it's not okay for members of our police force to be violently opposed to the presence or existence of certain groups of people who have a different color skin or whose ancestry in from a different ethnic part of the world.
