great tutorial! I'm looking for a more in depth explanation of the tap tempo feature, but having trouble finding anything on youtube. Any ideas where I can look? Thanks.

Ryan, thanks for this Tutorial. It's quite thorough and very helpful. Wondering if you can suggest how to use the same concept but for shorter phrases within a song For example a song that has a 16 bar phrase for a Chorus and a different 16 bar phrase for a verse but not on the same backing track ... Sounds like we can only link 2 pads at a time per kit which means if we have separate phrases that need their own click tracks it would be tricky?

Hello Ryan. Nice video. Is there some way to use the SPD-SX' Click and sync with created samples instead to create the Click backing track?

Just set the tempo of the internal click to match the sample buddy, press start then trigger your sample after a couple bars.... As long as the sample is cropped to start immediately then you're rocking!

how many minutes can you sampling in a file? I can load or take a 5 minute sampling or more?

I have a strange issue with mine. When I hit a pad fast a few times (like 32 notes), the backing track that is playing on the footswitch stops. So if I would do some tom fills on the SPD-SX for example, I might get the backing track stopped. Does this happens to anyone else?
