For anyone still trying to figure out the settings that work the best for a big ship these work the best for me: Proportional gain: 10 Internal gain: 0 Derivative gain: 8000 Max value: 10000

Great video, helped me a lot! never knew of the PID controllers use, not gonna use it for controlling weight thoe but rather roll of a plane. (Cuz i suck at flying)

The pid is meant to be there so that you have one less thing to do, otherwise yes using w/s for pitch works, but personally I believe in automating something like this so i can manually operate more important things

yo i have a question, this works great but it's always too much or too little sensitivity, it attempts to balance which is great but not really anough. Is this because my ship is too small? It's about the size of a fishing ship.

hey im having an issue um, mine isnt moving at all? instead its just like not even powered? it just slowly slides into the side that is listing and causing a capsize

I am having an issue where my track constantly slides back and forth but never really levels out because it's over correcting itself O_o Time to tinker!

Nice video. Just as a tip. You shouldn’t make them wide, instead try making them thin but tall. It will displace the weight more and have a stronger effect. Also if you have room you should always use large batteries. More compact than weights and way heavier for its volume.

People are too dumb to Realise that the weight of the ship MUST BE AT THE BOTTOM! if there is a balance of air and weight at the bottom IT CANNOT CAPSIZE! and it harder to hit with torpedoes.
