4:33 you are not blind, the game doesn’t come with a caboose but there are countless amounts of mods that add cabooses

Oh didn't know about this one! I'm deep into Run8 (best train simulation ever about the physics, it's 15 years back with graphics though), but I might get this sooner or later. Will follow your videos, will be of great help!

I have both, thanks to recent updates you can operate this just like a model railroad. As realistic or unrealistic as you like.

This game is $14 right now until January 4th, 2023. I'm probably going to pick it up since it looks like exactly what I want in a model railway game.

Edit:Meant 2024 lol, but it's also on sale again! I've put about 35 hours in to it and I don't even have a VR Headset. It's fun to just download a huge map and explore. There are tons of mods available with new maps and models as well.

@@wagrtrains that doesn't answer my question. I'm an American, and being American, I am not familiar with kph. All of the American locomotive speeds are listed as mph and I'm tired of having to calculate. Please tell me yes or no, is there a way to convert the speedometer.

Interesting game... The VR interface is incredibly cumbersome. But it looks like it might be fun to play with.

I played it yesterday and some of the controls definitely confused the h*ll out of me... but the basic gameplay is actually fun and engaging (at least in the first few hours)

On paper yes but you should go on the steam workshop some of the layouts you can make are nothing short of amazing. You can even recreate real areas and lines if you desire.

Stay away from the game Rolling Line. The dev (Jack Huygen) of the title will fuck ya every time with his Henchmen of the RLSS Discord community standing tall. Its his desire to see both my Gramps & Myself dead & haven sent death threats our way so many times lost count. How's that for game development! I wouldn't recommend any of the Gaugepunk titles to even a worst enemy, for which he's at the top of the list esp. with my Gramps. Potentual customers, You've been warned. Thankfully New Zealand has the likes of him!
