This part. He's sitting at a pump that he could not use. As she said, his filler was on the other side of the car. He was there for at least 30 minutes, taking up a pump. I've been to this QT, like all the others, there is ample space for him to park and talk on the phone, sitting in the pump lane, isn't it. This video title is also click bait BS. There is nothing in this interaction that could have led to her dismissal. It just happened to occur just prior to her being let go. Total nonsense connecting the 2 for views. To be honest not being able to identify a suspect of you know... A Suspicious incident... Is one of the dumbest things a constitution can say. It goes about 90% against the cop jobs and i bet most auditor channels won't even exist if it wasn't not for that glaring loophole. So let's say I'm a suspect of a crime. I can make up an excuse like this and walk Scott free? That seems to me like a recipe for disaster on limiting police functions. And this could be weird to read, but i'm glad we don't have these bullshit laws over here. it is trespassing. As a manager of a gas station, you would be allowed to ask them to leave or call the police to give him charges. He does not have the right to block service zones in the gas station. Other customers need to use those pumps. There is parking zones at gas stations for a reason. He should of used one of them instead of a service zone.

Parking at a pump while not getting gas is a fuck stick move period. The night person working is most likely told its unsafe and to ask people that do it to move their car or leave. This night person is probably also told to not leave the store unattended and if there are a bunch of people and someone is doing this to just call the police and have them tell that person to leave. The officers obviously did a horrible job in this instance as they should have just rolled up and said "You cant stay parked at a gas pump without getting gas or going into the store." If the dude asked why they should have just said the business doesn't allow it. If the dude continued to push one cop should have went inside and asked the worker if they'd like to trespass the dude or not and if so gone back out communicated this reality to the dude and went from there.

I was arrested Dec, 27th last year in Fort Worth for playing guitar on a public easement that is at least 20 feet wide and a grassy area it is raised up and not on the same level as the roads around it. The cops explantation for the reason for the initial detainment was from several noise complaints forwarded from dispatch. I explained that the local fort Worth noise ordinance was divided into 5 main sectors and the decimal limits in each of the 5 sections differed that some areas allowed up to 50 decibels, another was 60 decibels, and the last of the 5 geographic sections allowed 70 decibels these were considered business districts and not zoned by fort Worth to be residential areas, in which residential areas were subjected to a lower decibel limit of 30 decibels during the day. I asked the officer if she had a decibel limit reader to determine if I had been in violation to the ordinance and explained that just because I'm playing guitar on an amplifier doesn't mean I'm automatically in violation of the noise ordinance. She then began to demand my I.D. I cited Texas Penal code 38.02 states that under section A. I don't have to present an officer with I.D. in the State of Texas until I'm lawfully arrested. Subsection B. States that if I'm a witness to a crime and give the officer false information like a fake date of birth or name was not applicable to me nor the other subsections under section B. Because I'm not a witness to a crime. The officer called for back up. Before the back up arrived I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she is a supervisor which was later determined to be a lie. When back up was arrived I was placed into handcuffs and told that I was only legally detained and not under arrest. I told them I don't consent to unlawful searches or seizures. The primary female officer told the back up units to search my pockets and get my I.D. I knew I had a possible warrant in green oaks for a traffic infraction from the previous year. I was on felony probation and my probation got revoked before my notice to appear in court in September for the traffic infraction. Because I was incarcerated for my probation revocation and in custody at the time of the court date I wasn't able to appear. I had my fiance take proof of my incarceration up to the river oaks to try to get time served. They refused and said I had to write a request and mail it to them. So a warrant was active when they ran my I.D. it showed up while I was placed into the back of the police car. I was never once told I was officially under arrest or mirandized and the charge I was being arrested for. They simply just drove me to jail. When I got out I found out the charge listed was private use of a sidewalk.

Same here. Then the cops decided they were going to run all the teenagers off of the parking lots, so then all the teenagers were just driving up and down the main strip. It wasn't the result the police were looking for. I guess they thought all the teenagers would just stay at home. Idiots. I got a loitering ticket when they started all that mess. I was walking to my car after work at a grocery store which was a popular parking lot for teenagers to hang around in. A friend drives by and stops and we start talking to formulate some plans for the rest of the night. About 30 seconds later a cop pulled up and gave us both loitering tickets despite the fact I was wearing the required white shirt, red tie, and name tag with with "Kroger" on it which obviously indicated I just got off work. Stopping to talk to someone in a parking lot just wasn't going to be tolerated. Another unintended consequence the cops created by doing that was it started sowing the seeds in a bunch of teenagers' minds that turned into not liking police. And cops wonder while they are not liked very much nowadays. Idiots...They've been actively working to gain peoples' ire for decades.
