If I heard correctly. Rooney didn’t accuse players of faking injuries. He accused them of not being willing to play through injury. The papers twisted his actual words.

Yes you're correct, everyone thought the players were finished when Ragnick was around till he got sacked and the players survived. We know what's going to happen if We let Erik Ten Hag get sacked.

If the manager stays I think he's got until November to show the team have made a significant improvement. If we are still clueless with no cutting edge in the final third and keep leaking really soft goals he won't survive. If opponents keep driving buses through our midfield and likes of Ramsus, Onana, Mount, Rashford and Antony etc still aren't performing he couldn't really argue if he gets the bullet. Who knows though maybe he still can turn this around with some new blood this summer?

ETH's favouritism is going to let him down. He discarded several players in team selection to continue selecting his favourites even though they were not delivering. He lost Sancho because of this and other players were left on the bench while they could provide much more than those selected. Onana, Anthony and Rashford, to name some played much more than they deserved.

Why does it make perfect sense to spend 30m on a young left back. We are giving away Alvaro Fernandez to Benfica for around 6m. He's only promising according to Beth.....Have you seen him play for Preston or Benfica. Have you seen much of Guttierez. Sure he must be better if he cost 30m. 😢 That's very JohnMurtough. We all know the players are not being good enough... Instead of repeating the same setence over and over again.. it would probably be better to try find solutions on why manchester united players can't compete with bottom of the table teams. Regardless of injuries, chelsea and newcastle have had the same or even more injuries and they have a style of play and perform way better than us. I never seen a manager getting this much protection.

Why are we buying these sub standard players Mount, Hojland, Onana, Antony etc the only player we have signed that can play in a championship winning team is Martinez. We need to stop Ten Had being allowed to profile players as he also wanted Gakpo and Kim (Bayern) who have both flopped big time at their new clubs.

@@MoksiLesi91I don't see him developing Garnacho or making him much a better player in areas of his game, and I'm sure most managers would see the potential in Kobbie plus he doesn't seem to be able to decide what position to play him in. Hojlund frankly isn't that good, he's half decent for his age but I've seen many many strikers that have been better at a younger age.

@@unitednick no manager can always expect to get their first choices that's a poor argument, there's other circumstances that's the whole point of options and Ten Hag himself wants the power over all decisions, and his options have been poor. Antony, Onana, Mount, Malacia, Eriksen and Hojlund have all been his first choices that he's wanted. The first choices that he didn't get: Kane, Levy would've definitely bent us over or probably wouldn't even have considered selling him to a rival anyways. Rabiot, average at best with a load of baggage and attitude problems. Arnautovic, similar to Rabiot. Timber who realistically wouldn't have made much of a difference instead of Lisandro. De Jong who rejected us himself and was never open to a move.

@@unitednick a decent manager should also be able to get the best out of his players regardless if they're first choice or not, I don't see why he should be given a chance under new ownership as he's shown incompetence in most areas as a manger, he's made more poor decisions than good. We would be better off finding a more competent manager under INEOS with the tools instead of writing another season off as a failure.

we really need to stop window shopping and really go evaluate and search for suitable players, tired of all these names that are known in the league which are over priced then they break down when they get here at united and do not put in the work. All i ask is that united do some real research for once. who can really compliment another player and will bond of the pitch. we already messed up this season, nobody knows each others strengths and wakness and build upon that. we need too much for us to spend above 50 on one player.
