Caramelized Stuffed Onions
Stuffed Chicken With Apples & Oranges
Brown Sugar Rack of Ribs With Fingerling Potatoes
Lentil Rice With Crispy Fried Onions
Rosh Hashanah Appetizers Side Dishes:
Butternut squash Pie
Tri Colored Carrots with Chimichuri Drizzle
Roasted Cauliflower With Tahini Honey Drizzle
Rosh Hashana Fish:
Sweet Mustard Salmon
Sea Bass With Pineapple Salsa
Rosh Hashanah Salads:
Kale Salad with Apples & Pomegranate
Honey Carrot Salad
Arugula with Pomegranate Raspberry Vinaigrette
Beet Carpaccio
Avocado with Honey Lime Drizzle Sprinkled With Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Rosh Hashanah Desserts:
Honey Cake
Apple Pie
Recipes:
🥔Fingerling Potatoes:
S/P
Oil
Bake @400 for 20-30 minutes
🥕 Tri-colored Carrots:
Oil
S/p
Bake @400 for 30 minutes
🌿Chimichurri Sauce:
Chop cilantro, parsley and dill
Add chopped garlic 2 cloves
Salt
Pepper
Lemon or vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Avocado oil
Drizzle with honey about 2-3 tbsp
🥧 Butternut Squash Pie:
Pre- made pie crust/ Graham Cracker Crust
12-16 oz of cooked butternut squash
1 cup vanilla soy milk or non-dairy creamer
splash of canola oil (or not)
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
some cinnamon (to mix into the batter and to sprinkle on top).
Bake at 350F for 1 hour. Serve hot as an appetizer or dessert.
🍎 Apple Pie Dough Recipe:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 Tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
8 tbsp of COLD unsalted butter
6 Tbsp ice water
🍯 Honey Cake Recipe:
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup of Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Honey
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Salt
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 Cup of Coffee

Part of my family was Irish Catholic too. I found out that part of them were Sephardic Jews but were forced to leave and immigrated to Ireland. They had no choice but to be Catholic. I’m a christian as is my whole family but I’m not Catholic. Some of my cousins are Catholic. It would be interesting to see if you have any Sephardic blood in you as there are more than you think in Ireland and Scotland. It was very interesting to me.

Love this!!! I love the Jewish culture and community... We're all human, we all put our clothes on the same way. I view jewisem as a culture. WW2 is to blame for such division in religion. Before WW2, there wasn't any " iam christian" " iam catholic" etc etc. We're all here in this world together, each culture has a different way of living and eating. May God bless us all. I was raised Catholic and fell away from the church. But now I am a member of the church of jesus christ of latter-day saints which I love the church and all its members. I am Irish/Ukraine. and mom taught us how to make all the traditional food of Ukraine and Ireland. It's very interesting how you make all the foods look so nice.

Here is a hack for squeezing your lemons that I love: cut off the ends of the lemon as well as cutting it in half. Put it in the squeezer with the the smaller opening facing down. It gets more juice out!!

I’m a Christian who eats entirely raw, plant-based for dietary reasons. I’m have multiple food allergies, but in every episode you channel, I find at least one recipe I can modify to fit what I can eat. Thank you for what you do!
