As one of the foreigners and the first Americans in this village, I can tell you that everything said about acceptance by the locals is 100% truth. Within 5 minutes of being in the village we were invited to someone's home for coffee and later for dinner. If we had a problem with our home, someone will offer to help. While works are being done on our home, people offer their home for us to stay. I call it our large extended Italian family. We laugh together, we cry together. They've accepted us like family. Wonderful tour, great house. The neighbors on both sides are fantastic people.

That is beautiful. That is exactly what we love about small village living in Italy 🇮🇹 and what we try to explain to people when they get fixed on the number of people a place have. We lived in many cities of millions of people and never felt more alone. We came here and our social lives are richer than ever

This house is amazing! We just purchased a home in Abruzzo, however if we had chosen Molise, this home would have been perfect. Somebody will be very lucky

I have been following you for a while, and many times I thought of starting all over a new life in Italy, a country I have always been fond of. But today, it was almost painful to admit that it was just too late to start over. That house, the surroundings are everything I have been dreaming of. Incredible property. Very nicely maintained. Great quality. Garage and veggie garden bonuses ! Great sized rooms. 2 baths, 2 washer hookup areas, so much here with bonus lower level living area with 2nd kitchen. Bonus basement storage area with sink. Great attic storage. Fully move in condition. Good price for everything you get! Will not last long.

Holy cow you nailed this one! What a beautiful property It's amazing! The value for what you're getting is beyond reasonable. You have every reason to be excited about presenting this property today. I only hope you bring more properties like this in the future. My husband and I are getting things in order and coming to visit in October. I love the Molise, and Apulia regions as my choice for living. I'd love to meet you when we come.

That lower level fireplace also appears to be a combo boiler / fireplace, a real plus for winter time if you can find a cheap source of wood.

This home is the best of all the homes I have seen from you! Gorgeous and huge for the price. The cupboards and wooding are the best at a light color. Wish I had the excess cash! Every time she says cantina I smile because the first time I saw one of her vids I was house shopping and ever agent would say basement and I would think ideal place to put my teenager so he is out of my hair so now I hear cantina and instantly think how I could turn it into a little apartment

We believe the tractor is his. It is very common for people to live in town and have land in the vicinity to grow vegetables, etc

This is a wonderful property, updated and absolutely immaculately maintained. I am shocked at the price. I am also very impressed by the condition of the other buildings in the village. Many have similar updated doors and windows, beautiful little balconies - for example, the homes right across the street - and the village itself is very well-kept. Everything looks structurally very sound. What a gem.

Great place and great value, Leaps and bounds better than other offerings I've seen in this price range. I'd be tempted to reconfigure just a bit, but otherwise would be happy moving in as-is. I wonder if the garage could be knocked down rebuilt with a small (tower) guest apartment in the rear.

You might be able to build on top of the garage with planning permission. Garages really are a plus in such towns!
