Harley never added cruise to the evo sportsters because if they did, a lot less people would move up to the big twins.

Hi Jay Jay. That may certainly have been one of their motives at the time. As you probably know, the new Sportster S all come with ABS and Electronic Cruise control as standard equipment. Hopefully, my groundwork helps those who wish to add an electronic cruise to their evo units. I know I certainly appreciate it on long highway trips. Thanks for your input.
