Guys, without looking at my Ford radius arm installation sheet, I believe the procedure is to finger tighten the radius arm nuts then lower the vehicle with the wheels on to load the arms and then torque to 100-110 foot pounds. Tightening them first and then dropping the vehicle could tear the bushings. I’ll log on to Ford’s workshop manual at work and get the proper procedure if anyone replies interested.

That pitman arm though...... 😂 Just did mine. Came off by heating it up with a cutting wheel. By the time you cut all the way through the pitman arm it'll already be falling off. Tried $18 pitman arm puller, it broke. Then bought a $81 pitman puller and was about to do the same. Problem with the pullers are they are made too cheap and they don't have enough room for the puller to get behind it. Glad I'm done thanks for the video, it helped!

On the passenger side drop bracket, how did you get a drill in there to drill through the bracket and crossmember for the support bolt? I can't seem to get enough clearance, either from the front or back...

What size of tires did you put on after the lift? What is the height from the bottom of the fender to the ground?

Rough country says to stack the blocks on the rear so you retain the bump stop. Did you ever go back and put that in or how did it sit?

How did you drop the radius arm? Did you have to remove the bolts from the front and the back?

Hey I put mine on and did it like I'm post to it drives fine forward but when I put it in reverse the front 2 wheel fan out at the bottom. Do know what I can do a about that?

You put the bushing washers on backwards, the one closest to the nut is suppose to be in the back

hey great video! im about to put the same lift kit on my 95 f150 but i had bought extended brake lines. and it look like from your video yall still left the stock brake lines on. do the stock brake lines still work well, like is there no stress on it from being extended for the lift or anything?

Question, if my truck already has a leveling kit installed and I want to install a 4 inch lift, do I remove the leveling kit? Or do I keep it?

Hey great video. I installed the same lift on my f150 2wd but I'm having rubbing (binding) on my passenger side tie rod and sway bar. Any ideas why?
