The comment he makes here about Ruud van Nistelrooy and saying he’d rather have a striker who scores 25 goals than a striker who’s great at holding it up and running the channels but only scores 5. I agree with him. But he’s been slagging Haaland off a lot this season for going missing in games and not adding anything to the team. Yet Haaland easily gets 25+ goals a season.

Very good player, but he was better at Forest under Clough. Like Ray Wilkins , Keane had all his natural ability coached out of him at Utd, he became a hatchet man, a real shame, because he could have become such a great attacking midfielder.

Not really. Ruud had better all around play than haaland. He was excellent at holding the ball up. He had to play in a 4-5-1 in his first season at Utd .. and he did so much work for the team without getting stats for it.
