It's a Chinese owned buffet, with all Chinese employees and it was always among the top 5 restaurants in our county. The food, cleanliness, and service were so good that you would see members of the Food and Health Safety eating there almost daily, including some from the neighboring county. Why do people even go there? Isn't it required (by law) that the violation report MUST be visible as you enter the place? It is where I live (Denmark) and you can get some pretty hefty fines if the report is not visible. Granted, the town I lived in some years ago was rather small (pop. 6500) so word got around really fast. A buffet place had severe problems with the hygene and within 2 days there were no customers. The owner tried everything to get people in....well, except cleaning of course. He got one bad report after another, and in the end he had so much debt that he burned the place down and tried to claim insurance money from it. He got busted (surveillance showed him walking into the restaurant with two cans of petrol) and spent several years in prison.
