This week is my second week of building in an additional run. 7.5km around a local loop. The plan was to be in Zone 2 (under 140 BPM), and I was able to keep myself in the zone for 76% of the time, which I'll take.
I also thought it was a good opportunity to expand on why I've decided to create the channel, there's probably more I could go into but it was only a short run!
