I used to think that to get fit you had to do as much exercise as possible, but now I realise you should only do as much exercise as you can recover from.
The weather was nice enough this morning to take my yoga mat out onto the decking for some dynamic mobility, and some bodyweight exercises.
Like many people who sit down for a living, my hamstrings are too tight and it's causing me knock-on issues with my hips and knees. It's something I need to work even harder on.
