Come across sa iyong blog, I will be sixty two in few more months. Nakakpag bike, brisk&jog, occasional basketball (half court) with friends. Added tips please. And thank you sa iyong advocacy. Keep up.

1st time ko mag jogging nung last year 5 mins sumunod 8 mins 10 mins 15 mins.

Mahilig ako mag jogging everyday kuya. Nag jogging ako ng 1hour or 50minutes. Malaking tulong ang vedio na ito para sa isang tulad KO na mahilig tumakbo. Thank you so much kuya.. God bless..

Tumatakbo na po ako for 5 years .. pero masarap pa din makinig sa mga tips na kapwa runners. Salamat sa advice .. Mabuhay ka Sir. Kita kitz sa trail/road.🙏🙏🙏

hydration tips sir. sa bike kasi may bottle cage to carry water pero yun ung una ko na discover nung nag start tumakbo sanay kasi pag nauhaw iinom
