About exodus of ppl in both Ukraine and Israel, similar situation may happen in Taiwan as well. Already more than 10% of ppl in Taiwan own residence in the Mainland, currently the Chinese authority has rolled out residence permission for ppl from Taiwan to live in Fujian, I can see once the tension, manufactured by the US, rose, more ppl from Taiwan will move to Fujian or Xiamen, particularly those with means to move. The Chinese will do whatever to avoid conflicts, whatever outcomes after the conflicts, the Chinese lose. We will keep peace to piss off the US imperialists.

I for one, make a clear distinction between the rulers and the governed. It is a view encompassing all nations in this world. Generalizing is exactly what the powers that be want ; continuous divisions between peoples living amongst each other or in separate countries. What many fail to realise is that the current govt in Israel is the Most Far Right that's Ever existed ; as such what we're witnessing is the manifestation of that vile system of beliefs incorporated into all aspects of governance, whether political, social or military. Scott Ritter remembers how different the Israeli society is today than when he visited there with his wife in the 90's, when the Left under Yitzhak Rabin was in power and genuinely pursuing a 2 state peaceful coexistence state with the Palestinian people.........he is absolutely shocked at the change of attitudes amongst the Jewish populace after 20 years of fascist Netanyahoo rule, and thus despises what they've become. For me, this situation with Israelis today Totally Mirrors that of the Germans in pre WWII ; a strong and open minded civilization decided (out of fear, for many, but for most, a conscious effort), to embrace wholly the insidious new paradigm of arrogance & hate, being peddled by a short former corporal with a ridiculously funny mustache & his gang of vile insidious miscreants, hell bent on bloodletting......And we all know how that turned out for the German people and nation! ..... And so it shall be for Israel. Max Blumenthal chronicals this horrifying turn of events in tragic detail (should be required viewing for everyone) ; kzfaq.info/get/bejne/atx7qKVi2NuYY5c.htmlsi=HJkM7eyLVP8PsrOy
@DwayneABryan

Yes but you started with the premise that there was a difference between the rulers and the governed, and then pivoted to explaining why the governed in Isreal have changed to reflect the position of the rulers over the past 20 years. So is there still a difference between the rulers and the governed, or have the Israeli governed adopted the suicidal position of their rulers?

Correct, Russia has been de-dollarising, paying down debts to Western banks and stockpiling gold since 2014. When they were ready, they attacked Ukraine. This is why Dmitri Orlov was so critical of the Russian Central Bank holding €300bn in foreign reserves in EU banks. In Orlov's view the Russian central bankers were 'western agents without realising it'. Harsh words but its the brutal truth!
