Very good. One note: when tumbling on a hard surface (like concrete floor), the point of contact with the surface should always cross the spine diagonally, never run along backbone like on 1:12, otherwise a small pebble on a way may hurt your spine. А в общем - отлично!

Автор не упомянул что это техника была для армии имперской России и не для всех солдат, потом коммунисты внедрили эту технику спец подразделениям. Есть также кувырки через невысокие припятсвия
