ABOUT
Today I have a very special guest on my channel. Her name is Ira and she runs a KZfaq channel called Russian to the world. Ira is my fellow Russian language teacher and today we´re going to record an easy Russian conversation for you guys. You’ll hear how native Russians talk in daily Russian situations. The conversation in Russian is not scripted, so it´s going to be a real authentic Russian conversation practice.
Actually, there will be two dialogues. One on my channel and the other one on Ira´s channel. I´ll leave the link in the description. Make sure you go and watch it afterwards. It´s a great opportunity for you to learn some easy Russian phrases that are actually used in daily Russian conversations. Let’s go.

I watch both of you channels! and I love this every day conversations with bilingual subtitles! because once you already know how to read and know the basics of a language, for me this is the fastest way to learn! too bad there's no short tv shows like that tho. they all only have, either... english subs only or russian subs only. making it twice as hard to learn cuz it takes longer when you have to go find the meaning of the words you don't know yet. but with videos like your videos, it's easier! cuz the translation is right there! and I know that one day I won't need no subtitles at all.! all thanks to you guys! greetings from nyc! огромное спасибо за вашу помощь!

This video is perfect and you guys are awsome actors too 👍 This videos is very helpful and I want more videos like this. Videos with family conversations would be great, than we could se how a russian family talk to their children about house rules or schooling and more. That would be great since it will be helpful in the process to follow a russian movie, since russians talk pretty fast.

Love the effort, very informative. Just a suggestion: use four lines for your translations. 1 Russian 2 Russian to English sounds using English letters 3 word for word Russian to English (no changes to syntax) (N = 'and') 4 English translation. It may take more time but yield a lot more information to understand Russian!

I think that four lines of text will be more distracting than helpful. We talk fast, the text will change too fast for somebody to read four lines of text in a couple of seconds

@@BoostYourRussian Using typical words and sentences helps all levels, talking fast (normal) takes away the benefit. Or at least add more pause between the two speakers.

It is a bit too fast, I think half a pace of it can help to not only connect better but also read the corresponding words in subtitles.

It´s a good dialogue, and - for sure - it´s a good thing that there are subtitles :) . I tried to read the Russian transcript while listening to the dialogue, but the pace is WAY too fast :) . A sentence like "Окунаешься, да, в прошлое..." really shook my confidence.

Just started Duolingo. It's good to get used to the letters and get used to some sounds. Honestly I had to - and recommend - watching this at .5x speed. I can almost understand the words and keep up with the subtitles. I guess if I keep this up until the end of the year some (or so I hope) progress must be made.

Этот эпизод был мне так так очень интересным🥰 - я не смотрела Джокера и по этому эпизоду я понимаю о чем он 👍 ... Но, тем более, мне интересно смотреть старые ностальгические советские фильмы ... Я искала на youtube, и нашла старый мультик «Чебурашка» - посмотрела несколько эпизод, и потом я чувствовалась очень 👍 хорошо, приятно... Все эти мультики такие медленные и милые, все герои (хорошие и плохие) в конце делают добрые дела, помогут друг друга, все вместе работают ... все идеально, как было в мультиках шестидесятых ... Теперь я хочу найти какой то старый советский фильм чтобы ещё поносталгировалась😊
