Rustic pizza with ham and mozzarella, a very easy recipe and really quick to prepare!
A unique dish but also perfect as an aperitif!
It can be enjoyed both hot and cold!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- 200 g of cooked ham
- 480 g of sliced mozzarella
- 1 egg
- 100 g of tomato puree
- Origan
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD:
- In a bowl, pour the tomato puree and add a pinch of salt, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. Mix the ingredients.
- Roll out the two rectangular sheets.
- On a baking sheet, lay a sheet of pastry and sprinkle with the previously seasoned tomato puree, without reaching the edge.
- Add a sprinkling of oregano.
- Arrange a few slices of mozzarella, the cooked ham and finally the remaining slices of mozzarella.
- Cover with the second puff pastry, close on each side.
- Decorate by making a drawing with a sharp knife.
- Beat an egg and brush it gently on the pizza.
- Bake in a convection oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes.
