Hey everyone and welcome back to another restoration! In today's video I am building a custom Buddy L Tandem Dump Truck with a tonka reproduction snow plow fitted on.

Sad to think that some kid did not even played long enough with it....the tires are not worn at all....as if someone just put it under salt water for a while to rust the exterior....regardless of reasons you did a great job on the resto....hats off to you...keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍 👌

Toy is too new for lead paint. Most companies switched away from lead in the late 40's

I think I had a truck with a lift cylinder or played one . If you loaded the box down it wouldn't lift it!

I had to skip through just to find that dump action @18:35, it's only been about 60 years since I last seen and used one, I had to watch that part several times. I think toy truck makers stop using that vacuum dump piston thing 50 years ago, nice job.......
