Today we release the seventh of eight segments featuring an unbelievable night with two baseball legends. In this episode you’ll hear about Morganna (the Kissing Bandit), Robin Ventura, alligator shoes and the old Astros “Rainbow” uniforms. The Kings of the Diamond Dinner, featuring the all-time strikeout leader (Nolan Ryan) and all-time hits leader (Pete Rose), was held March 19, 2015 at the Marriott Plaza Hotel in San Antonio, Texas.
The dinner was the kickoff to H-E-B Big League Weekend, an annual two-game Major League Baseball spring training exhibition series held at the iconic Alamodome. It was a great night with two legends recalling their epic battles on the field, sharing stories about baseball’s colorful past, and their insights on the game today and the players that play it. Come back next Wednesday for the final edition of Ryan & Rose - Part 8. Special thanks to Quarter Moon Productions. All rights reserved Ryan Sanders Entertainment.

How in the world have I ever missed that!?!😆 These two together.....just epic! Nolan with his country drawl combined with the fast talking city kid in Pete. This set of video is literally one for the ages. Just fantastic. Thank you so much for whoever is responsible for uploading these. I'd drop 5 bills to spend an evening eating and listening to these old hands.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I was a young boy when Ryan played for the Mets. This guy was terrible. Wild beyond words. Then he use to get blisters on his fingers and was unable to pitch. Finally, he was a reserve for some military unit and was always leaving for 2 weeks. Finally they traded him to the Angles for short stop, Jim Fragosi. What do the Mets do? They put Jim at third where he proceeds to throw balls hit at him into the stands behind first place. What does Ryan do for the angles? He winds up striking out over 1000 batters in 3 seasons and pitched at least one no hitter. Ryan was great but his record was around 500. Mediocre. The Angles were so pathetic in hitting that the manager made a joke after getting hit by a foul ball. Manager says thank god it was one of our guys who hit the ball. I watched Pete beat up bud harrelson at Devi d base because rose slid into sevond base lije s crazy maniac and squashed Ole Buddy in the fight. Bud comes back in the off-season 15 pounds heavier. He said he ate 3 bananas a day to gain wait. Finally Pete your completely shut down Mickey rivers by playing real close to home plate, he was third basemen. He shut down river and his team won the World Series
