Neck muscles are often difficult to reach for self- treatment. S- cane helps you reach all those spots easily and release them for a relaxed neck and upper back.
S- cane shouldn't be used on recent/ acute injuries, swelling, fractures or in people will less sensations.
In this video, we are releasing 4 major muscles
1. Trapezius
2. Rhomboid
3. Cervical Paraspinals
4. Levator Scapulae
* These usually get tight in people who have long working hours on laptop or are constantly on phone.
* These muscles also tend to tighten up in response to stress.
Release the muscles as mentioned in the video. Be mindful of applying only mild pressure and working on the area for no more than 15-30 seconds.
Applying a lot of pressure will damage the muscles and cause soreness. In case this happens, please decrease the pressure and time you use the S cane for. Also ice the sore areas for 10-15 seconds.
