good job, the e60 m5 uses a 230mm gear, the e31 210. I think it should work. I am looking forward to updates! The E31 has a brake "servo". It is a hydraulic booster.

i think the slight disapointment with power, is due to the diff ratio. youre probably running a 2.93 diff, when you really need a 3.15, or 3.64... remember, the s62 revs higher, so will take off sharper, and rev wider than the m62.
