It's clear that Poch isn't the manager that can bring out the best in these players. Other than gusto and palmer , no one else is really pulling their weight. It's a weird one because the players just aren't doing enough or the players just aren't good enough. But as. a manager he has to get the balance right between tactics and mentality as well.
