I finally got up the nerve to solo pressure cook for the first time ever! Thank you to all you lovely Canuary Ladies for the encouragement, excitement and detailed directions to give this old lady the confidence to attempt it. I FD, water bath and have a rotating pantry. I helped my mom as a young child and teenager pressure cook, but she instilled a huge fear of the pressure. I know she was trying to protect me, but it has been a life long fear. Everytime has been amazing and I'm so proud of my first ever pressure cooked ugly beef.
