FINALLY I found a video so useful to my machine. I was so scare about unlock the grind cos I scare I will break it. Now after 2 yrs I finally unlock the grinder . Thank you so much for showing us this video.

It's good practice to unplug the unit first before getting your fingers in the grinder..

Probably a good idea to turn off power supply when you have your fingers in the grinder..😬🤭

don't worry. Grinder is blocked when Coffee-chamber is removed

Move the grind to a coarser setting for easier insertion and removal :)

I’ve misplaced the small rubber cleaning cup, is there something I could use as a replacement, or can I just put the cleaning tablets in a single shot cup? Would that still work? Any ideas would be much appreciated.xx Thank you so much 🙏

You can purchase a replacement cleaning disk from Amazon, or directly from Sage :)

Thank you for this Sage had quoted me 200 sterling to fix my machine because it's out of warranty but I wanted to fix it myself. Luckily it was your video that let me know that the burr piece has to come out to be cleaned! You saved me a lot of money thank you so much.

I cleaned it perfectly but still no coffee is released from the grindre.Any ideas? I hadn't cleaned it for about one year and it quit working with a crak. Thought, I might have had a little stine with my beans, but I could not find anything. The coffee is grinded but not released. Any ideas what else to do?

Depends on how much you use your machine. I usually do it once a month

Move to a coarse grind setting to unbind the burrs, and twist using the metal handle as shown

Mine took quite a lot of presser, so much so that I was thinking it was going to brake! Then click and out. For putting it back mine did click back and the arrows aliened.

Is this machine good for coffee shop?

I would not recommend this machine for a dedicated coffee shop. It is not an industrial unit. Office or home use is what it is built for. It will not have the output or durability required for commercial use.

Agree, fantastic for home, fine for small office but for Coffee shop it would be two slow and not last as long, but that is a £400 home system V £4000 shop system.
