It's going to be a ladies' night, all on a diet :))), one vegan, one vegetarian and now babo advise. I'm busy and time is short. I'll prepare the spread and fresh and in 15 min I'll be singing...it's done, it's done...)))
Ingredients:
2 beetroots, pre-cooked,
4 carrots
2 parsley
1/4 celery
1 onion
4 pcs of pickled cucumbers
2 lingonberries
1 vegan mayo
1 vegan tartar sauce
1 white yoghurt
Vegan stuff can be replaced with normal mayonnaise.
salt, pepper
Infusion:
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 sugar cubes
Procedure:
Place the sliced, pre-cooked beetroot in the juicer. Drink the juice or use it in any healthy drink and put the beet pulp in a bowl. Grate the other vegetables into the bowl and add the lentils, mayonnaise, and tartar.
Prepare the infusion in a saucepan, bring to the boil and immediately set aside. Once cooled, add to the bowl. Stir everything in a Flexi whisk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
