400g beetroot dough
300g pork shoulder meat
60g spinach leaves
100ml sweet cream

spice mix - minced meat
spoonful of starch

400g crushed tomatoes
100g onions
3 cloves of garlic
pasta seasoning mix
50ml olive oil
grated parmesan cheese
ground chilli
sugar, salt, pepper
